The MoSCoW method is a requirements prioritization technique in which all requirements are divided into four groups: Must have (mandatory), Should have (desirable), Could have (possible), and Won't have (not included now). This approach helps analysts and clients structure expectations and define which features will be included in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Thanks to the clear separation of requirements, it is easier to reach a compromise and avoid disputes about the MVP scope.
