Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) Model / The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) model is designed for collecting, systematizing, and aggregating competencies of specialists solving problems in the field of information systems design.
The main element of the model is a set of questions and practical tasks corresponding to key areas of professional activity. These questions reflect current employer requirements and help assess proficiency in in-demand competencies: interviews are where it becomes most clear which knowledge and skills are truly valued in the labor market.
